Matching the mall's new upscale image with practical, attractive electrical solutions required versatility and flexibility in every phase: from design/build to final installation. The project's general contractor, Power Construction Co., needed an electrical partner with an attention to detail and customer service, but also one that could handle the mall's massive two-story, two on-site outlot buildings. Included was a nouveau Lucky Strike Lanes bowling alley which required a smoke evacuation system with stand-alone generator, as well as a dimming control system for lighting; full-service kitchen with bar; and, 18 lanes for play. More than 10 retail outlets were serviced; custom exterior lighting was installed throughout the property; and a new streetscape plan was designed and implemented between the new and existing buildings. |
